West Yorkshire Children’s Additional Needs Network (WY CANN) – A network of organisations working with children with additional needs, their families and their carers.

Aireborough Supported Activities Scheme (ASAS) Directory – a directory of services and information for people with disabilities.

Silent Solution Awareness Campaign – A campaign raising awareness of the ‘Silent Solution’ when dialling 999 – if you’re unable to speak, press 55 and the police will know it’s an emergency.

Relationship Matters – raising awareness of the impact on parental conflict on children, providing support and advice and signposting families who need support.

Cerebral Palsy Guide – Cerebral Palsy Guide is a national support organisation dedicated to educating individuals and families about Cerebral Palsy and other birth injuries. They have put together a resource for parents and caregivers to provide answers and support.

The team at Weekenders have been keeping an eye out for fun activities and resources to help keep your family both physically and mentally well while having to social distance and/or self isolate during the COVID-19 pandemic.
